As the HR Manager, I work closely with our trucking manager on FMCSA & DOT compliance.

We have worked with FMCSA Compliance Processing Group for several years and are extremely pleased with the services they provide.

The FMCSA and DOT rules and requirements can be very confusing.

Monika Cruz is very helpful in explaining what we need and do not need in our business when it comes to our trucking department.

We receive so many emails from other compliance companies telling us to do this or do that. Some even try to bill us for services we did not request. I can see where some would take their word and do what they say and waste time and money.

When I receive these emails, I contact Monika and she let’s me know what to do. Almost always, she already has it covered for us and we are good to go.

We only use FMCSA Compliance Processing Group for all our trucking compliance needs.

My name is Mary Ann Lange and my husband and I own a few businesses one being 2nd Chance Salvage in Ft. Pierce, that require Helena Southern’s and FMCSA Compliance Processing Group’s expertise.  I have had the extreme pleasure of emailing back and forth with her for several  years now and each and every time she is prompt in getting back and answering or resolving my issues.  And we all know that once you have a DOT number you will get emails from everyone and their uncle… And Helena bless her heart has gone out of her way to help me many many times and repeatedly over the same issue.  If I were truthful and looked back in my emails I would find that she answered the same question on the same company maybe 5 times in a month.  That is how awesome she is.. she has ALWAYS responded with kind professional words.  Helena is the best experience that I have had in such a long time it is refreshing and a pure pleasure to know all I have to do is email her and it will be taken care of.  

Not to mention my son was having a hard time getting the DOT information straight on his business truck and one email I put Joey and Helena in touch and just like that it was resolved.  She is amazing and I am grateful to have her on my team so to speak.
