Description
FMCSA Compliance Processing Group LLC will conduct the mandatory annual full queries for existing drivers, in addition to any spot limited queries the employer chooses to perform, full queries for all newly hired drivers, and full queries for violations and or return to duty. FMCSA Compliance Processing Group LLC performs all of the administrative duties regarding the FMCSA Clearinghouse queries.
PLEASE NOTE- Purchasing a Query Plan
All employers of CDL drivers must purchase a query plan in the Clearinghouse separate from the FMCSA CPG LLC Clearinghouse administrative fee’s. This query plan enables employers, and their consortia/third-party administrators (C/TPAs), to conduct queries of driver Clearinghouse records on behalf of the employers. Registered employers must log into their Clearinghouse accounts to purchase their query plan. Query plans may be purchased from the FMCSA Clearinghouse only. It is a small processing fee of $1.25 flat per query (limited or full) they also offer bulk query plans at a discounted rate.
The FMCSA CPG LLC administrative staff will forward you your employer log in credentials and instructions for purchasing the queries. ALL QUERIES REQUIRE CDL DRIVER CONSENT. Consent forms will be sent to the CDL drivers upon FMCSA CPG LLC activation of a query.
