UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) that has been completed and paid on our end are nonrefundable. If you would like a refund please call us at our Customer Service line above and we can verify if your UCR has been updated yet. If it has not you may receive a full refund.
Biennial Updates that are purchased on our site and the form has been downloaded are nonrefundable. Biennial Updates that have been processed and updated by us on SAFER/with FMCSA are nonrefundable.
Reasonable Suspicion Training is refundable if you have not opened the training link and begun taking your training class. Once it is opened it is no longer refundable.
By purchasing our Third Party Drug and Alcohol Consortium you agree to the yearly auto renewal the following year and thereafter until cancelled. You may cancel your autorenewal prior to your autorenewal date. If you are removed from our Consortium for failure to comply with testing rules you may not receive a refund.
No items are mailed to you therefore you do not need to return any physical items to us unless otherwise stated.
